  • Can I change sizing or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    We understand how important your order is, so please reach out to us as soon as possible! Our team works promptly to fulfill your order once it has been placed so while we cannot guarantee your required changes will be applied before being packaged and/or dispatched, we will do our absolute best to try and accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot swap items to a different style. OR Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! So unfortunately, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct when you checkout! We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
  • How do I return an item?
    To check if you are eligible for a return, please read through our returns policy carefully here. If your MESHKI purchase isn’t working our for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. Please note, we don’t do direct exchanges! Once our team received your return parcel, they will be more than happy to issue you an online credit note that never expires to purchase absolutely anything in our store, or the size you prefer.   • What currency are your prices in?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library All of our prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • What payment methods does creme + cocoa collection accept?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • How long does it take to process my order?
  • How can I track my shipment?
    You can track your order by visiting Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery). Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team. All going well, we endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within one working day to ensure you will receive your order ASAP (unless it is a pre-order item or it is during a heavy volume sale period). You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, and in some cases you will need to allow a few hours for your tracking to be live.
  • The item I want is out of stock. What now?
    While there are no guarantees that a particular item will be restocked, we will sometimes top up on our more popular pieces. If you wish to be notified of a restock, we recommend you sign up to our newsletter for the latest updates and to avoid missing out the next time! Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer pre-order on our products. We have added a new feature where you can input your information if you wish to be contacted, should a particular style be restocked.
  • How do I decide which size to choose?
    We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for an exchange or credit no questions asked! Our full returns policy is here. All of our products are listed in US Sizing, however as we are an Australian Boutique they will arrive to you labeled in Australian sizing. Please see our sizing chart here if you require a sizing conversion. If you are still unsure about your size, please be sure to email our customer care team – we will do our best to ensure you find your perfect fit!
  • Are your clothing items true to size?
    Kindly note that as we stock our clothihng from different suppliers, our garments will not be exact to our size guide. Sizing may also depend on style, material and fit. Most of our products have the approximate flat front measurements listed in the description to help you decide which size to go for.
  • How do I apply a discount code toward my order?
    To apply a discount code to your order, you must first add items into your cart. Once you add items to your cart, click on "View Shopping Cart". This will lead you to a new window where you will find the Discount Code box. Type the Discount Code here, then click on "Apply". Once this is complete, you may then proceed with successfully placing your order and checkout.
  • Are orders placed with a discount code considered final sale?
    Items placed with a discount code applied at checkout can be returned. However, items that are Final Sale are: Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Intimates.
  • Are there any additional taxes or charges involved when shipping outside of Canada?
    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
